Romanian actor Florin Piersic on Sunday, June 1, will be awarded the Excellency Prize, at the Romanian Comedy Gala, within the 12th edition of the Romanian Comedy Festival, to take place starting at 19,00 hours, at Radu Beligan Hall of the Comedy Theatre.

According to an organisers’ release remitted to Agerpres, the awards of the 12th edition of the Romanian Comedy Festival and the distinctions of the 9th edition of the Romanian Comedy Competition will also be granted during the Gala.
Because the event will take place on Childrens’ Day, the children of the theatre’s actors will be handing the awards.
Starting at 18,15, in front of the Comedy Theatre, if weather conditions allow it, “4 Art” Quartet, together with the team of Bucharest FM, will be performing film soundtrack music.
After the show, all those present are invited to the theatre foyer to participate in the launching of Romanian actor Marin Moraru’s book “We Are Our Memories,” published at ALL Publishing House. The event will be followed by an autograph signing session.
The Gala will conclude with “Romanian Soul,” a Dan Puric one man show. AGERPRES
