AGERPRES special correspondent Daniel Florea reports: Prime Minister Victor Ponta and U.S. President Barack Obama conversed for 15 minutes in Johannesburg, at the end of the speech the White House leader gave at the memorial service held in honor of former South-African President Nelson Mandela, official sources told AGERPRES.

The sources explained that at the end of his address, Barack Obama headed for the FNB stadium tribune where the high officials were seated, to greet them.
As Obama was then about to leave the tribune, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair introduced the Romanian Prime Minister to him, the cited sources added.AGERPRES
