In Romania, in 2011, there were identified 21,277 groups of enterprises, out of which 5,555 all-resident enterprise groups and 15,722 multinational enterprise groups (101 domestically controlled and 15,621 foreign controlled), according to data made public by the National Institute of Statistics on Tuesday. Most of all-resident enterprise groups are formed by 2 or 3 enterprises.
