In Memoriam Daniela Banu Daniela Banu was one of the founding members of the Romanian American League. She worked as the Air Quality Division Director for Broward County Government. She passed away peacefully from cancer on September 29, 2013 in Orlando, Florida with family at her side. She is survived by her daughter Andreea Banu Reyes, her three grandchildren, Taylor Ann (10), Maya Daniela (7), Chase Andrew (4), her sister Adriana and her ex-husband John Banu. Craiova-based (southern Romania) Ford car plant is temporally halting production of B-Max cars, as of Friday, because of a falling demand on the European market. Approximately 2,500 employees of the plant are currently found in a short time working situation, following the halt of production.
